Adding a shared mailbox to your Outlook application depends on the version of Outlook. Please see the following Microsoft article. It explains all of the methods to accomplish the task.

Note: It can take up to 4 hours before a mailbox can be added once access has been granted. Please allow time from the completion of access grant before reaching out with a problem.
