How to manually subscribe to a group in outlook

Not subscribed to the group
By default, new members must manually subscribe to the group in Outlook or via the web. If the group’s AutoSubscribeNewMembers is off, the user won’t get emails unless they follow the group in Outlook Spiceworks Community.

• In Outlook: Go to the group’s email address, click the Subscribe button, and choose “Receive all emails and events.”

• Even if subscribed, the user must explicitly follow the group in Outlook to receive copies. If they don’t, they won’t see the emails in their inbox
